One of the requests and one of my pet peeves is spam - does anyone
have any ideas for keeping out advertisements without making this
format moderated or should it become moderated to remove the spam?

I am also going to include quotes and or small articles/mini
teachings to at least stimulate ideas and or concepts and get things
rolling.

A little bit more about myself - I am Spirit-filled believer, I
believe in the healing power of God and my postings will most likely
reflect that. I also believe that as a Christian - I am tolerant of
other belief's but will not compromise on my faith - and I do
"evangelize" while I am on the job etc. I believe in offering the
hope that is within each Christian - Jesus, I plant or water - I am
not worried about getting someone "saved" that is the Lord's job not
mine. My job is to be a true witness - how can one hear if someone
does not proclaim the goodness of God?

Anyway - that is who I am.

Roger

Questions for Leaders
Winning God's Way
by Mac Hammond

Does someone else have to be a loser in order for you to be a winner?
A best-selling book in the business world a few years ago was
entitled "Winning Through Intimidation." That title pretty much sums
up the cut-throat, win-at-any-price mentality that a lot of us think
of when we talk about winning.

According to that way of thinking, when somebody wins, it means
everyone else has to lose. But that's not winning as God defines it.
In God's system, you don't win over people, you win over
circumstances. When you win God's way, it's not lonely at the top.

My question for you is, "Do you need to adjust your concept of winning?"
