In the course of my (paid!) job, I do this several times a week. The best
resource is RxAssist.org--however, her physician's office has to agree in most
cases to accept the meds for her, and in all cases to do the paperwork. You can
help by finding those meds for which there are assistance programs, and printing
off the paperwork, and helping her fill out her portion--but if her provider
won't cooperate, you can't go any further.
