I have placed the Fall Prevention Program that I created as part of my
graduate nursing project in the files section of this group. Please
feel free to make use of it. All I would request is that you would
give me feedback when you use it. If anyone is working on a graduate
degree or doing research there are some interesting opportunities for
evaluating the effect of utilizing the program.
