I am a parish nurse of a pastoral care department at a long-term
care facility. I have been asked to write formal P&P for our
program which is only a year old. I would love if someone could
send me via email in a word document format or pdf file the P&P that
have been developed in their church or parish. This is a unique
position in that I am following Residents of the independent side of
the LTC facility. The facility has a church affiliation.
