If you look in the links section of the group you will see links to
various health minstry websites. A number of them go over in detail
how to set up a health fair. I would also suggest contacting your
local health department for handouts and maybe personnel support.
They may be able to provide some help as well. Checking with other
churches is a great idea as well. Depending on your denomination you
may be able to get some help from your national level health
ministry section.
