I would also love a copy of that Health Needs Assessment..I have just begun a
very small parish nursing program at our church and am still fumbling with
what to do beyond the blood pressure checks and the education on key issues. I
am just beginning so any help will be appreciated. Sandy O'Kelley RN, BSN
