Thanks for your suggestion, I'll see if I can find it locally. As I said, any
input is better than flying blind.

It doesn't take the place of a class but has some very practical
suggestions for starting a program.

Subject: [ParishNurse] Starting a new Ministry
Greetings to all,
I am an RN in Arizona, working with a combined group of Evangelical
Lutherans and Reform Catholics on developing a Parish Nurse Program.
To date, none of us has had an opportunity to take any classes, so,
we're looking for some input as to how to go about it. Our client
base would range from poverty level (and below) to upper middle
class; in age from newborn to end of life. We have a large Hispanic
population as well. Any input we could get would be most appreciated.
Peace,
Barbara J. McNichol-Miles, RN
