Candace, from lookng at requirements for Parish nurses, they are looking for
nurses who have 3-5 years of nursing experience first. I think that is
pretty standard for those who are to be in positions where they are needing
to be autonomous and have sound clinical assessments.

But, don't give up the desire..just graduate and get that experience that
they are wanting...I think it is a wonderful call..Kitty
