I am a member of a new health ministry team. Our ministry is a
combined Parish Nurse project for 3 ELCA Lutheran churches in the
county of St. Louis, MO. We have obtained our grant, written our
mission statement, found an office space, and are now proceeding to
hire a parish nurse. I would appreciate any suggestions for placing
an ad, what experience should be required, and any interview
