Anyone know of a cost-effective health insurance plan/company we can offer

Hi All,

We are getting ready to hire our once-in-a while babysitter as our fulltime
nanny upon her graduation from highschool in June. We were paying her
$12.50 p/h (which will work out to $500 per week for fulltime work). Is
this an "ok" rate? We are planning on sending her to infant/child CPR
certification on our dime as well as offering her 2-3 weeks paid vacation
too. Is there anything else we need to worry about/offer/take care of?
