Have the EI people come out and evaluated the twins yet?  If they haven't given you a date within a week, stay on them.  Sometimes they get really busy and people fall through the cracks. 
 
But you do have Nicole on your side, and that is a BIG bonus!

Thank you so very much for getting in touch with me and setting up EI for my girls, Charlotte and Grace.  We were feeling lost before you called and offered to help us.  Just one more reason we feel blessed to have given birth to our baby girls at SEMC.  The SEMC staff, and in particular the NICU staff, are truly amazing people!  THANK YOU! :o)
