Description

This group is for others other than myself that suffer from panic attacks. I would like to find others to share and just talk and try to help each other. It is very hard. It's hard when you do not know from day to day how you are going to be. If you will be able to drive. Just go to the store and back. Take your children to school and back. The feeling is awful. Loved ones do not understand how it feels and how it makes you feel when you do not want to get out. It is an awful feeling. I want to help but I also want help and advice that others can give and how to cope with it and hopefully one day without medication. So please join. Post messages and we will get a regular chat session going. Thank you and please be safe.
