She uses a tool called Graphology, more commonly known as handwriting analysis.
Graphology is a science using which we are able to analyze the personality traits of a person from the written strokes.
Using the writing sample of an advanced practitioner, she correlates how the virtues that our beloved Master Choa Kok Sui recommends for character building are seen in the handwriting.
