Please go to our new website and hopefully someone there will have some information for you. I personally only have PNH. I often have the dark urine and with it comes fatigue, weakness and for me extreme abdominal pains. I am 43 and was diagnosed 8 years ago but have been told I've probably had PNH for a very long time after reviewing my labs over the years.
I wish your friend the very best of luck and my prayers for a speedy recovery. We have many members who have lived a long time with PNH and the complications that arise from time to time. One thing reassuring is he's at one of the best PNH facilities in the country with Duke!! Dr. Decastro and his team are wonderful and definitely know what they're doing!
