Hi Joe,
In answer to your question, I took a drug called
Sporonox(brand of itraconazole) in 1996 as an
antifungal medication. I was on the drug for at least
12 months and developed a bad bacterial infection in
my finger during the course of therapy.Main adverse
effects listed involved the liver and heart, nothing
about bone marrow effects. However, I did develop PNH
soon afterwards and was officially diagnosed in 2001.
