It's real and we live with it. Many of us have gone years not knowing what was wrong. We feel crazy and afraid. PMDD. It’s a debilitating hormonal imbalance that goes beyond the mood swings and food cravings of the average PMS sufferer. PMDD does not just claim the health of the woman, but brings upset to the family as well. We welcome anyone who is affected by this disorder, including the family and friends of PMDD sufferers.
