RULE 30 DUE PROCESS PROCEDURES
511 IAC 7-30-3: Due process hearings
511 IAC 7-30-4: Due process hearing appeals
511 IAC 7-30-5: Expedited due process hearings and appeals
511 IAC 7-30-6: Attorneys' fees
Note: The sections in Rule 30 have been reorganized and renamed.
Additionally, there are new sections pertaining to resolution
sessions,
independent hearing officer qualifications, and the sufficiency of due
process
hearing request.
RULE 19 PRIVATE SCHOOLS OR FACILITIES
511 IAC 7-19-1: Special education for students in private schools
511 IAC 7-19-2: Reimbursement for unilateral enrollment
511 IAC 7-19-3: Equipment and supplies for private school
Note: The sections in Rule 19 have been reorganized and renamed. In
addition,
there is a new section in Rule 19 pertaining to referrals for special
education
evaluations for parentally placed nonpublic school students attending
nonpublic
schools outside the school corporation of legal settlement.
