I had the test done that you are talking about, and
they told me that I was going to be lightly sedated as
well, but I remember nothing at all!
It was the easiest thing in the world. I was given
Verced (I think that is how it is spelled), an it
makes you forget the whole procedure. I had the
numbing spray, and it was not unpleasant, I don't even
remember it having a taste. It was like spraying cold
water in your mouth, I had it all done a few months
ago. I think you will be fine. I had my PFO closed on
November 11th 2007, just a few months ago, and I am
ok, except as Carolina said, I am experiencing
depression as well.I hope this helps you out with your
decision.
