If you can get into see a dermatologist ASAP, Im sure they will be glad to do the nickel allergy test. I had mine done like 3 weeks ago. It was annoying but painless. Since there is a piece of tape stuck to your arm for like 2 days. Please let us know how it goes. Im have a PFO closure done also, Im just need to schedule it. But Im still nervous about it!!!!

PLEASE tell us that you got tested for nickel allergy! Vi, who is a member here had a PFO closure, found out after that she is allergic to nickel and now has to undergo open heart surgery to remove the device. If you did get tested and all is well, then I wish you the best of luck!!!!!Take care of yourself,MarciIn a message dated 10/2/2007 7:50:29 PM Central Daylight Time, jjhufford1@yahoo.com writes: i am having pfo closure on oct 9 i hope this will stop me
