I am so sorry that things have been so rough for you since your closure. You are in my thoughts every day. Thank you for sharing your symptoms with us - I think it really helps to hear EVERYTHING that is going on with people, not just the good stuff!
On that note - what kind of complications if any is anyone else having?
Is anyone totally healed and feeling perfect??
As I have mentioned before, I have still having palpitations frequently and major hair loss. I'm not sure if that is related but I guess sometimes after surgery you can lose hair. For the most part I feel pretty good but not 100% - I'm not sure that I will ever feel "normal" again.
Any thoughts???

My Lupus symptoms have increased considerably, with severe joint pain, fevers, rashes, seizures, hair loss, frequent infections and protein in my urine. My Lupus blood tests are really off the charts too. I guess my immune system doesn't like having pieces of metal and polyester in my body. I have had to live on steroids for the past several months just to keep the Lupus managable. I've never had to do that before.
So if anyone out there has an auto-immune disease and is considering the surgery, consider it carefully.
