Thanks again for starting this group. I can relate to just about
everything in these messages.

I've had migraine with aura since I was 14 years old. I'm now in my
early 50s. I only get a couple a year, but that's more than enough
and they are getting worse.

If you had tried to talk to me about migraines a year ago, I would
have ignored you. This is the first idea I believe offers hope.
