How far would you be willing to go, in order to stay at home and be locked into a never ending night mare, living the life of a Agoraphobic? I was willing to have gone all the way and would have rather died at home than to leave my comfort zone and be free from Agoraphobia. This list is for anyone who has Panic Disorder,Agoraphobia or who may be dealing with depression and other related illness such as OCD,BP etc... The owner of this group is a recoved Agoraphobic, after over 17 years of being semi-house bound and has many tips to share with other panic suffers. This list was set up for the free flow of information between sunscribers who wish to exchange views,opinions or help and give support to others who have simular problems in daily life.
