Hi Melissa and welcome!

You are always more than welcome to slide out to any of the
socials...not only in the Orlando area, but in other areas as well.
You will find that everyone is very friendly to newcomers. I'll try
to plan the next social on a Friday night...maybe an informal happy
hour thing, where you can join too. :o)

I don't know if you've been to any of the Help Group meetings, since
you said you wouldn't mind talking to someone about all this. There
is actually one coming up on March 11th. You can go to the website at
www.geocities.com/orlandohelpgroup for the dates, times and location
of the meetings. Trust me...those that go to the meetings have all
been in the "new" shoes, so don't worry! It's a great bunch of
people as well!!
