The deadline (Weds 10/28 10:59 PM PST) has passed for two things:


EVENT FEE DEADLINE
---------------------------------------------------------
We are about to give the final headcount for the banquet to the
caterer, and therefore cannot accept any more new fees.

If you realize you want to participate in St. Pete after all, please
let us know, and we'll put you on the WAITLIST. If we have any
cancellations, we will fill those with folks on the waitlist, in the
order they signed up.

The waitlist will be open until November 3rd, but there is no guarantee
that anyone else will cancel before then.


REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE
---------------------------------------------------------
If you requested a refund before the deadline, you will get a full
refund.

If you discover after today that you cannot attend the weekend, let us
know. If we can fill your seat with someone on the Waitlist, we'll do
so in the order of requests, until November 3rd.

There is no guarantee that anyone will sign up for the Waitlist before
then.


PARTIAL FEES & WALK-IN FEES
---------------------------------------------------------
There are *no* partial fees for the event, and *no* partial fee refunds
will be given.

However, several activities are free to attend. These *don't* include
any of the evening parties in the ballroom, the Saturday morning panel,
or any of the lunches. However, anything *not* listed in red on the
weekend schedule is open to attend without the fee.

Please note: you can't change your mind and decide to pay the fee once
you get to the event. The banquet head count will be locked by then.
There will be *no* walk-in payments accepted at the event itself.

Trust that here's a history behind these policies. Thank you in advance
for complying!


BANQUET REGISTRATION
---------------------------------------------------------
If you paid the full event fee, you've got a banquet seat, and your
wristband gets you into all the activities planned for the weekend.

If you're not sure you paid, check your Paypal account, checking
account, or credit card statement to make sure your payment went
through.


HOTEL ROOMS
---------------------------------------------------------
Apparently a few beachfront and poolside rooms have become available at
the event hotel, if anyone wants them!
