EVENT HOTEL

Ladies and Gents, the Event Hotel's room block is 2/3 booked, and we're
still 2 months out from the Event. Just sayin'...


REGISTRATIONS
--------------------------------------------------------------------
We've had a ton of people register, but at some point we'll have to cut
off attendance, 'cuz the ballroom can't handle over a certain number.
So register and pay the Event Fee soon, y'all, so you can JOIN THE FUN
in the SUN!


EVENT FEE DEADLINE
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Thursday, October 1 - 12 midnight PST

After that, you can only pay the $30.00 Walk-In fee at the door, and it
WILL NOT INCLUDE THE BANQUET MEAL. The caterer wants a head count long
before the event!

Trust me, you'll be sorry if you miss the Banquet meal. Meat and veggie
options on a sumptuous Italian buffet. YUM! Check the menu, available
on the website.


WHO'S COMING TO ST. PETE 2009?

Worried that there'll be too many guys and not enough gals? Too many
gals and not enough guys? Registrations are just about dead even. Yep.

Still need a good reason to attend? Check the guestbook and see what
folks are saying! Use the guestbook to find roommates, rides, talk
about how excited you are to be on the beach in November!

full weekend! Nightly New Member Icebreakers, Mixers, Dance Parties,

REMIND ME - WHAT'S ST. PETE 2009?
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The St. Pete National Beach Event is a big annual gathering for the H
community, that is generally attended by between 200-300 people each
year. Like all the national H events, it's more fun than a toboggan on
a steep, snowy hill!

Once again, it will be held Thursday-Sunday of the first weekend in
November in its usual location: gorgeous St. Petersburg Beach, Florida.


SUCCESS STORIES PANEL/DISCUSSION
--------------------------------------------------------------------
We've got a special panel/discussion planned for Saturday morning,
featuring 3 couples in successful relationships, who have met each
other at H events. They'll share their experiences and ask you to share
your experiences as well. It's a chance to have a meaningful
conversation with each other about living and loving in our community.

Bring a Burning Question to ask at the discussion!


GET INVOLVED - VOLUNTEER!
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Want to volunteer an hour or two of your time to help with set up/clean
up/running of activities, take a group to dinner, lead a group outing,
perform at the variety show, bounce gate-crashers, etc.? Let us know!
There'll be sign-ups to help at specific activities when you sign in at
St. Pete!
