The Event will be June 22nd-25th at a new location!

Rooms are $75/night

Event fee is $48 til June 15th via mail or June 20th via PayPal.

Then $55 at door.

Here's the agenda:

Thursday

Come find us in hospitality room to check in if you're there early. Otherwise,
meet us on the Bennigans patio, which is reserved for us (times tba).

Friday

Hang out at the pool or sightsee around Indy, your choice! Ohio Dave has agreed
to put together info re sightseeing. We'll have a meet and greet in the later
afternoon in the hospitality room. Then, in the evening we'll be going over to a
bar called Shots, where we'll have food and there will be a dj plaing retro
music. We've arranged for transportation to/from Shots. There may be a small
added charge of a couple of bucks to defray cost, but we're hoping there won't
be!

Saturday

We'll be having a pool party with lunch on us! We'll be grilling out. We have
rented a dunk tank so you can dunk your favorite Herpster!

Saturday night is a banquet at the hotel and a DJ will be playing dance music.

Sunday

Breakfast and lingering Goodbyes
