It's a new year....time for new challenges in our lives...time to
face those fears we've thought about facing for a while now
(months...maybe even years!)

The first meeting of the help group will be tomorrow night, January
10th. It will be at the 730pm in the same location. (for more
information, please go to the website at
www.geocities.com/orlandohelpgroup....or there is a link on the home
page of this website).

The help group is a guinea pig for the national chapter. There will
be help group meetings every other month instead of every month this
year. Check out the website if you're interested in attending!

Remember those challenges and fears...no one in the group bites...I
promise you that. Everyone is welcomed with a smile! And hey, if
you go and don't feel like talking...just listening...you can do that
too. And if you don't like it, you did something you never thought
you would do...and you don't have to ever go back again. If you need
a little guidance, etc. this is place to find it.
