Just a reminder there is a help group meeting on Tuesday, December
13th. There is a link to the website with all the information as to
location, time, etc on the front page (or you can email me and I'll
send it to you).

If you need guidance, information, etc, this is the place to go! It's
a great group and there's no one there that's going to bite or demean
you! Trust me! So, if this is your first time...don't feel like you
can't do it...you can!
