If you are planning on arriving at the Event Later than Friday at 6:00
p.m. and have not yet paid your event fee, read the following
carefully:

If you have not paid by Friday at 6pm, you will not be permitted to
participate in the Saturday Night activities, as we must give the Hotel
a firm headcount by then.

***Thus, If you are planning to attend the Sat. night activities and
cannot register before Friday at 6pm, you must prepay the $50 (remember
it's $55 at the door).***

No Payment will be accepted by mail after August 12th

No Payment will be accepted via paypal after August 16th

After the above deadlines, you can only pay $55 at the door in CASH.
