List Serve Rules & Regulations:
You may be removed or denied access if you do not follow the below process for list-serve membership approval and communications with the OCA List-serve.

1)For Membership to be approved you must register with your full first & last name, so that we may identify you as a member in good standing.

2)All Emails MUST be signed with your full name.

3)The OCA List-Serve is not secure. However, it is AGAINST the RULES OF THE LIST-SERVE to copy, paste, print, forward, or otherwise distribute correspondence written by another member or OCA staff. If this were to happen you will be immediately removed

4)Only OCA members in good standing can join this OCA list serve.

5)You may not solicit or advertise your business, lectures or materials on this List-Serve.

6)If a member/poster has a signature-footer at the bottom of their post/email that includes some sort of advertisement (i.e. a hyperlink to their clinic, products or services), the footer will NOT be considered an unpaid form of advertisement if:
1- The footer is attached to ALL of the sender's emails (not just ones intended for the OCA list-serv)
2- It is not overly-prominent in color, font-type or font size, etc
3- The content/body of the post abides by list-serv rules
4- The footer advertising information/link resides BELOW the signature/name of the poster (so as to be clearly NOT part of the post's content).
