Open Ended Peer Support provides supportive, professional and safe counselling, in a confidential environment. It provides the opportunity for participants to engage in creative problem solving for the development of individual strengths.
The group meets on-line several times throughout the month for specific topics of discussion, and again for general discussion and support regularly throughout the week.
The topics covered are determined by group members and are lead by a professional facilitator skilled in Psychotherapy. Topics include issues encompassing - self esteem, relationships, self awareness, family issues, coping skills, divorce/separation, parenting, empowerment, depression, financial stresses, anxiety, grief/loss, anger, addictive behaviours, fear, stress management, trauma, change management and many more.
