OpenEd is a closed email list-server group for those interested in open education resources for education in health. It arose out of discussions held at the SAAHE Congress in Cape Town in July 2009.

Members are encouraged to use the list-server for exchanging information of OSR and other matters pertaining to education in health. This is done by sending emails to www.OpenEd@yahoogroups.com or replying to others received via the group. NOTE that everyone receives a copy of your email, so please do not use the list for personal mail.

Please go to 'DATABASE' and enter your details for others to see. You are also encouraged to place your PowerPoint lectures and other material from the SAAHE conference within the 'FILES' section. Please save your docoment with your surname first in the file name and save it as a ZIP file especially if large. You may add relevant Web Site addresses to the LINKS section

If you know others who would like to join the group, please ask them to send an email to me and I will include them on the list. It is 'closed' to prevent outsiders from adding spam, adverts, or utilising our email list in any other way.
