The Vitamix Enthusiasts list is like a big family of friends who are enthused about many things (not the least of which includes our Vitamix machines!).

We love to discuss a wide range of topics, and some include kitchen gadgets of all kinds, growing our own healthful foods, preparing foods that don't require a Vitamix machine (sprouts and kombucha for example), and other health topics not directly related to the Vitamix machine.

OT topics are allowed on the Vitamix Enthusiasts list, but when an OT topic grows and reaches 20-30 posts or so, people who joined the list primarily for Vitamix recipes and ideas frequently become disenchanted with Vitamix Enthusiasts and leave the list. We don't want this to happen!

So please feel free to join and post your Off Topic discussions here (or take OT discussions that start on Vitamix Enthusiasts and become long winded over here).

If you post an OT topic here - please feel free to post also to the Vitamix Enthusiasts list with a link to your OT Vitamix Enthusiasts post so people can know about it and follow it on the OTVE list.

I hope that everyone from Vitamix Enthusiasts will at least join OTVE (Off Topic Vitamix Enthusiasts) at lease as web-only, because you never know when something life changing might be posted here!
