I have been a competitive athlete for the last 10yrs.I have been dancing since I was 3yrs. old and I have a passion for acting and physical fitness. I was in a professional dance company for 5 years and took many acting and theater classes. My drive and love to perform leads me to the stage. The intensity that is required for FITNESS competitions is something I love to explore year after year. When I am not pushing myself to excel as an athlete I am motivating my clients and friends to do the same. I work here in Vancouver as a personal trainer, choreographer and yoga instructor. I do one-on-one coaching as well as full day workshops for men and women that are interested in competing for the first time or just want to take their talent and physiques to the next level. I love sharing my wealth of knowledge on competing and how to live a healthy, fun, fit lifestyle with others.
