This group was formed for the support of post ops 1 year or further out from weight loss surgery. We address issues such as problems staying on track for continued weight loss or getting off track and fighting regain.

Pre ops and new post ops less than 1 yr, may not post, but are welcome to lurk and learn from the experiences of those who have gone before you. We ask you to understand that long term post op issues are different from those of post op's less than 1 year.

All members will be moderated until they have introduced themselves and given their date of surgery, in an effort to prevent spam and inappropriate advertising.

It is the policy of this list not to allow advertising of any other list or activity with out the expressed consent of a moderator of this list.
