Finally a support group for CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity & Lyme in the Okanagan -Kelowna - area! If you've been wondering why there's no local support groups you're not alone. Most report that local drs won't even acknowledge CFS or MCS and those with FM are lumped in with arthitis. Lyme, they'll say, doesn't exist here. If you've been looking for a place to share info, read about reseach, get support and encouragement, need to vent, find a new friend who understands etc you've found the place.

We are a self-help group who share the latest research info, talk about both regular and alternative treatments, encourage natural things like diet and improving sleep and please, do NOT claim to know the cure! ("everyone's mileage may vary!") Many members are homebound. This is a great place to meet new friends who understand. And of course regular chatting is allowed too :)
