I want to join the yahoo group and it says to send an email first introducing myself. So here goes....
My name is Jennifer, I'm 25 my husband is 36 and we live in Ocala, FL. I've been married for 3 years next month and we've been trying to have a baby since our first year of marriage. We are a very happy family with a house of our own, dogs we love very much, a great extended and church family..everything except a child of our own. I was diagnosed at 19 with PCOS and told I probably would never have a baby. Prior to being diagnosed I was treated for pelvic inflammatory disease... usually that is caused by some form of STD but I had none, so the doctor never did give me a solid answer as to how that came about. I have taken 3 rounds of clomid with no success, not even a miscarriage..nothing. So we have thought of adoption through the state and still may. All the children are older and we really wanted our first child to be a baby.... I would not mind adopting an older child in the future though. So here we are praying and hoping for a child of our own... We have not started any type of adoption process just exploring the options at this point...
