My name is April Lipscomb, 37 yrs old, married and trying to conceive for over 10 yrs.  I am 100lbs overweight was diagnosed with PCOS-4 yrs ago, and Hypothyroidism-6 yrs ago. I've also had the Lap band surgery going on 9 months ago.

Husband and I are still trying to conceive but are also considering adoption.  We love children so much, and  I know whether biological or not we want to share our love with a child.  Just looking to get advice and meet people going through the same thing.
