Unfortunately, these repetitive movements can lead to soft tissue overload and result in a number of different problems: tendonitis, tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and many other related upper extremity overuse conditions. This workshop will give you the deep tissue massage techniques you need – trigger point release and myofascial therapy – to know where and how to work the damaged soft tissue structures and help relieve the pain and discomfort these conditions can produce.
