Massage therapy – when specifically applied – can render notable relief for many of the structures that are compromised by low back problems. This workshop will give you the deep tissue massage techniques you need – trigger point release and myofascial therapy – to help relieve low back pain and spasm. You will also learn some of the causes of lower back pain.
