Mary has been a massage therapy instructor for over 5 years. Her focus
has been in the Eastern Healing Arts as well as Lymphatic Drainage. She
has been a practicing LMT since 1999.

Reflexology is the science that deals with a principle that reflex areas
in the feet and hands correspond to all glands, organs and structural of
the body. Reflexology helps relieve tension, stress, achieve body and
mind balance, improves circulation and provides a deep sense of relaxation.
