If you had your choice between flavored reconstituted noni (from
noni puree) and pure noni juice, which would you choose?
(Please check the ingredient panel for exact composition of a
noni product).  We actually sell more pure noni juice in our 18 oz.

Since it is sold 100% pure, it is a 35-36 day supply for one
person.  You can add your own fruit juice, such as grape or
guava juice, to sweeten it if you like.  My children have been

Thank you for your letter.  I was a Morinda distributor when it first started. 
I felt I was misled about the actual amount of pure noni juice in Morinda's
product so I looked for a company that sold only 100% pure noni juice.  It took
a while before I could read the actual ingedients on their product panel on
their label.   I liked the taste of Morinda's noni myself but I found it was
much different that the kind my Tahitian wife made in her backyard.

She and her family have made their own noni juice for generations (her mother
and grandmother are traditional herbalists). Ironically, my wife's lifelong
nextdoor neighbors happens to be the home of Eduard Tuairau, the chief of
operations for Morinda in Tahiti.  His sister is my wife's best friend who nows
lives in our community in Hawaii. I also know the very first Morinda
distributor's sister (someone I once considered marrying a long time ago).

I have studied and paid a lot of money testing the quality of various pure noni
juice products.  I have compared pure homemade noni juice with commercial noni
products.  Our company is very careful to purchase pure noni juice that is not
watered down.  We had one farmer that tried to sell us a container load of noni
juice that had too much water.  The farmer may not of added water, but if noni
fruit is picked during the rainy season the fruit may have an abnormal amount of
water content.  We had to refuse his shipment of the container.  We test noni's
brix count and use other tests to confirm purity and potency.

You are right to assume that most noni competitors sell an inferior product. 
Many sell reconstituted noni from pulp or powder and add flavors, additives and
preservatives.  Very few sell 100% pure noni juice since it is expensive and
difficult to access high quality noni.  That is why many of our competitors
(both MLM and non-MLM) buy from us in bulk.  We are now importing about 150 tons
of noni a year, vs. about 300 tons a year by Morinda.

Morinda has done a great job marketing noni.  I used to sell noni from a company
that was selling it in Tahiti since 1989.  Before Morinda started advertising
noni, their sales were very low.  I had to switch suppliers because our national
distributor needed a full product line (a minimum of 12 products) from us. My
new supplier purchases from many of the same farmers in Tahiti.  I have my own
noni farm and plan to get USDA organic certification for it.

Most of my customers are repeat purchasers (we don't have an auto-ship
requirement).  Some buy as many as 12 or 24 bottles at time for their families
and friends.  I receive many great testimonials about our noni as I'm sure you
have.

Tina, to really have Noni juice do you some good one should be drinking 2 to 3
oz of juice a day for the "great" energy boost it can give you and good
maintanence. One should start with 1 oz the very first day one gets the juice
and work up; sometimes there are side effects like itching, dirrahea, and
headaches to quote a few but these go away rapidly and these side effects are
due to the "de-toxing" ones body goes thru when first "drinking" the juice. We
prefer to say "drinking" rather than taking a dose since "this is ONLY a juice,
which is a food product".

My mom takes 2oz. a day, I have read articles were you
can even take 4oz total a day. My mom takes it for
energy and for her parkinson disease. To my amazement,
her shaking have subsided a great deal and she feels
like she has more energy.

And my sister notices that by taking the noni that her
allergies are better.

Hi!

Our label on the bottle of 100% Pure Noni Juice recommends that you take
only one tablespoonful per day (1/2 ounce).  If you are taking Tropical Noni
Juice  that is mixed with other fruit juices (our version in 32 ounce and 18
ounce bottles,)  then it is recommended that you take one ounce a day (two
tablespoonsful).  There are no known side effects that we know of at this
dosage.

If a person wants to take more than the recommended amount, that is up to
them.  The only side effect I have heard of for people taking large amounts
at once is diarrhea.  We had a man with cancer drink down a whole bottle at
once and did have some diarrhea, but said he actually felt better
afterwards.  It's a matter of personal needs, I suppose.  Check out our web

Hi Tina, I heard thru a friend that her husband did
lose some weight while on this noni juice, I don't
know how it helps but it did. I have never tried it
but it also helped my sister with her allergies, and
it also gave my mom more energy.

I gave my doctor a noni juice bottle to try.  He didn't bother to read
the directions on it and drank it all it once.  He did get the runs
since noni acts a cleanser.   I have heard other people taking
more than the regular dose, but I think it's like vitamins, the body
only absorbs what it needs and passes the rest on.  To be safe,
always go along with directions and the advise of your doctor.

I have used noni juice for 4 years.  I personally haven't lost
weight but I have a friend who lost 5 pounds in a week (and she
wasn't terribly overweight either).  In my opinion, there still is not
easy quick and easy way to losing weight permanently other than
eating and drinking right and exercising regularily.
