I have been taking nonijuice (TNI) for six years now at the rate of
three ounces a day with a fast day every Sunday.I mix the juice with
three ounces of unsweetened apple juice to nutralize the odor of
the product,then I polish that off with six ounces of bottled water.
Time on the market(1996--) has shown this product is all it is
cracked up to be but it is by no means a magic bullet.
Life styles need to be addressed for problems of weight controll
in that taking a simple juice to loose weight just dont get it.
Exercise, portion controll,choice of food and self controll is
the key to weight loss.
My advise is ,continue your Noni program and do the four things
obove daily to make your goal
When you see results you will be happy and sure in yourself you did
it your way.
I am sixty-four years old today.In 2001 I was a wreck health wise
I didnot want to do anything at all (work play live)
I put off doing the most simple things like cutting the yard
I heard about Noni and tried it for a week.
Nothing happend and I was disappointed but was told to let it ride
and keep going for at least 90 days,i'm sure glad I did .
Today I make everyday better then yesterday I look forward to
getting up each day and doing whatever I please and I do it
with out kicking myself to get going.
Like the movie..
