I decided try Noni Juice for the health benefits. I had been told that
some people may experience weight loss due to the fact that Noni juice
works on a cellular level to repair damage to the body, and I have
hypothyroid and wanted to see what it might do for that. I personally
did not loose weight on Noni, but I experienced so many other benefits
that I'm hooked!! I've been struggling with depression, high stress
levels, and sleeplessness. With my first bottle of Noni, I slept great
every night, I noticed my stress levels coming down and staying even,
and my moods evened out. I had more patience with my kids, more energy
during the day, and again I was sleeping great!It takes a couple of
months to see if there is any change in a chronic condition so I don't
know about my thyroid yet. Unfortunately there is no magic juice or
pill for weight loss (I wish there were) but what I did find with the
Noni is that I wanted to be out doing more and my sweets cravings went
way down, so I may have started to experience weight loss had I
continued to take the juice. I currently have a bottle on order, and I
will make sure in the future to have a bottle on stand by so that I
don't run out. And yes, it does taste horrible, but for a great nights
sleep, I'll deal with it!! For weight loss, I went on the 6 week body
makeover and lost a ton of weight on the program........
