And my advise is: don't forget to drink plenty of water in between the meals. No
drinking while eating. Good luck.
BTW: Tahitian Noni taste just wonderful. Don't think you can say that about any
other kind of noni. But some are mixing it with orange or blueberry juice to
take the worst bite.
