As I said in my original post, the effects were similar to taking a
few shots of espresso. On the positive side, it gave me a sense of
energy and euphoria. Of concern were elevated BP and heart rate. I
monitor myself daily, and these numbers went back down to normal as
soon as I stopped taking Noni - as did the "hopped up" caffeine
sensations.
