thankfully i'm still on my fast.its gotten easier and i'm 133 right
now,which is pretty nifty.I hope everyone is doing ok.even though i

I keep missing the days when we are suposed to post how much weight
we have loseed.... i thought it was every three days so i came on the
7th cause last time we posted was the 4th... but the calender didn't
say when it was.... and i work all weekend so i don't have time to
come on.. and i missed another weigh in... oh well just for my
personal pleasure.. i have lost 2 pounds i am down to 102lbs. now..

I'm confused why no one else has posted....or maybe today is the
wrong day? well it says so in the calendar....so forgive,if this is

I don't know. I emailed alot of people and like no one has emailed
me back. wow good job, I have to admit now, i've done horrible.
today's the day i settle down. Just alot of crap has happened, of
course alot of crap happens to everyone lol. Yeah today is weigh in
day but nobody seems to be emailing me their results....hm...anyways

I really need help staying motivated, because lately i've been so
down and what not. I've almost stopped exercizing now, and i used to
a lot more. I've also been tempted to eat lately. If anyone could
help me I'd appreciate it.

im 136.2 lbs.
and i also think i messed up on my starting weight, cus that day it
kept changing.
on the first stats day i was 137 a few times and sometimes up to 140..
.
so ive lost between 1 and 4 lbs. which is okay. but should be better.
and will get better.
Well i'm at 148 now, so thats -3 pounds.
I might've goofed up on my stats at first and put 150 instead of 151.
I've stayed home the past 2 days from school, and my parents are
making me go tomorrow....my mom now knows that i'm fasting....don't
know if thats good or not.
Yea it was really good. I was so warm and comfy in this huge blanket
that just got out of the dryer so I feel right to sleep. Hopefully I
can get another one in today. Oh and I want to know if chewing and
spiting brakes the fast? I want to know before I do it caues I want
to tast some of this sandwich thats in the kicthen and I dont want to
do it if it brakes the fast. Thankz
