Just a reminder that support group is tomorrow night, Thursday July 2nd at the
Health for Life Center (8109 Fredericksburg Rd) at 7:oopm. It is an open forum
so feel free to show up with any questions or concerns you may have. Hope to
see you all there!!

Also, we are starting a clothing exchange- so bring in any clothes that you are
shrinking out of. I will send out an email when we will officially be starting
the exchange, right now we are accepting clothes.
