Hi,
I recently discovered bikram hot body yoga and absolutely love it. We work out
for 90 minutes in a hot room ranging from 104-120 degrees. The combination of
the heat and the yoga seem to curve my appetite and I'm getting stronger as the
days pass by. This is good for me because I'm a stress eater so I do experience
some difficulties with determining when I'm really hungry. Good luck to you
