Hi!
I am a CCNH student in Natural Health and I could give you some
advice on strengthen your immune system.
Vitamin C had always been a great source for strengthening your
immune sytem. You get Vitamin C from a variety of food, especially
from Spinach, Oranges and Lemons. I always don't recommend people to
take in Vitamin tablets. Besides just Vitamin C , we need all kinds
of other Vitamins and minerals for strengthening our immune system.
Detoxing our bodies helps us to be free from toxins and helps us in
strengthning our immune system.
Best of luck!!:)

Hi I'm a current naturopathy student. Vit C is great for the immune system and is found in a surprising number of foods. Though as noted above, a balanced diet is essential too. Be careful not to overboil veges. I avoid this by microwaving or stir frying. High heat for very short time is best to conserve vitamins. Minerals tend not to be destroyed by heat but are leeched into water if cooked in it, so drink the water. When I feel a cold coming on I crush garlic onto my dinner after serving it. It's great with mashed potato.Raw garlic is a natural antibiotic. Stress also plays a big part in disrupting your immunity.
